The scheduler

Our diary application is more than just a diary. It has a set of parameters that allow you to define your preferences, such as the bridges to be used depending on the service chosen, and the duration of the service depending on parameters such as tyre size.

Choosing a service

Effective communication

The diary only shows your customers the services available for a given plate.

For example, for a tyre rotation, if the customer doesn’t have any tyres at your depot, we prevent them from making an appointment by displaying an explanatory message. This saves you a lot of phone calls.

We also display warning messages when certain tyres show abnormal wear. This way we avoid unpleasant surprises on the day of the appointment.

Making an appointment

Optimised schedule

The time slots offered are optimised according to the parameters you have defined.

Customers receive an appointment confirmation email with a code giving them access to modify or delete their appointment.

Set up your scheduler

Any changes you make to the settings have immediate effect. You can specify the times and days on which your customers can book appointments, as well as your closing days. You can also specify the minimum duration of each service and the bridges on which these services can be provided.

Exclusive features of our diary

Intelligent durations

Define times based on parameters such as tyre size

One of the major advantages of our diary is its ability to add rules to determine the exact working time required for a certain service. A rotation for 15′ diameter tyres doesn’t take as long as if the tyres are 22′ in diameter. The same applies to complete wheels. These rules will help you make the most of your working time.

We also offer you the option of defining minimum depths in summer and winter at which an information message is displayed. This lets customers know that they will have to buy new tyres. So there are no unpleasant surprises.
