Inflation spares no one. The world of tyres is no exception. Container prices may have fallen, but tyre prices have continued to rise.

Between 2021 and 2022, we have seen an increase of 13.4%. This increase is mainly due to energy and raw material costs. However, the number of passenger vehicles on the road fell by 2.4%. Nevertheless, revenues continued to rise due to the increase in the size of tyres, which cost more than small tyres, and the sale of winter tyres in the last quarter, which also cost more. Nevertheless, even if this drop in the number of vehicles has not yet been felt, we must bear in mind that customers will not have an easier time with their budget in the future. It is therefore necessary to modify the offers in order to make them interesting propositions.
